Cancellation Policy
1. Free Cancellation Period: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time (2:00 PM local time on the day of arrival). 2. Cancellation Fees: If guests cancel within 48 hours of check-in or fail to show up (no-show), they will be charged the cost of one night's stay per room booked. 3. Cancellation Procedure: Cancellations must be made via the same channel through which the reservation was booked (e.g., hotel website, booking platform, or directly with the hotel). 4. Group Bookings: For group bookings (defined as 3 or more rooms booked together), different cancellation policies may apply, and these will be communicated at the time of booking.
Reservation Policy

Valid identification (passport, driver's license, or Aadhaar card for Indian nationals) is required at check-in.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds for Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations made within the free cancellation period (more than 48 hours before check-in) will be processed promptly. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment. 2. No-shows and Late Cancellations: No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will not be eligible for refunds. The cost of one night's stay per room booked will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. 3. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the guest's bank and payment method.
Additional Policies
1. Smoking Policy: The hotel is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or public areas of the hotel.
